Rather unpleasant .. Hell must indeed be so seventy times seven times over; the glimpse the kids at Fatima were given ...God send you are mistaken in the end but Dante dared no less..
May God be vouchsafing you and yours a fine 12 days . However secularized Sapin has 12 days .... I saw a fatuous post in English including under culture in a dozen headings of reasons for Catalans to deserfve independance
Catalans are considered to have invented, (and truly most certainly uphold), the tradition of having one figure of their cribs be in the act of defecating publicly.
In a sense not completely off topic .. this unserious modern mentality excludes tthe four last things.

Sorry for being so late with my reply, Mike. I'd almost forgotten this blog having been so busy over Christmas.
I was in Barcelona about 15 years ago: empty or nearly empty churches, and a general air of Sodom and Gommorah. Better Seville.
I wish you a rather belated "Happy Christmas". Decorations here in Poland are kept up until February.
