Read this and vomit!
An Open Letter from Anthony Ruff, OSB
A nice answer to this nonsense can be found here: http://exlaodicea.wordpress.com/2011/02/05/new-icel-3/
The following excerpts http://www.praytellblog.com/index.php/2011/02/04/an-open-letter-from-anthony-ruff-osb/ are taken from an open letter to the U.S. Catholic bishops by Father Anthony Ruff, OSB. The letter, which concerns the new translation of the Roman Missal, is being published by America magazine in their February 14 issue.
We at PrayTell support Father Ruff completely and without reservation. We sincerely hope that the bishops will read and take to heart the important message the letter conveys.
YUCK

What a bunch of hogwash! They are just mad that their progressive agenda just got a knife struck through it. This new translation is good news for the Church.
Yup! You hit the nail on the head.
God bless!
Always suspected the Benedictines of being a bit, you know.
I'll stick with the Dominicans, they've come good now.
Richard Collins - from memory, do did Chaucer
Richard - sorry - SO did Chaucer (suspect the Benedictines of being a bit)..
