Niemcy wstrzymują działania bojowe w innych dzielnicach, wszystkie siły kierując na Czerniaków. Trwa silny ostrzał artyleryjski i bombardowanie lotnicze Czerniakowa.
Frascati do Książęcej. W polskich rękach pozostaje jedynie placówka w gmachu YMCA przy ul. Konopnickiej.
Nocą z 12 na 13 września dwie łączniczki przepływają na prawy brzeg Wisły. Zostają przyjęte przez gen. Michała Rolę – Żymierskiego i marsz. Konstantego Rokossowskiego.

Thank you for your regular reminders about just how Poland suffered.

Thank you Tony. This little nurse was only 5 years older than I was at the time, and I know a number of Polish men and women, older than me, with stories to tell full of heroism pitched against wicked cruelty. And so often, the heroes and heroines were at the time just children.

God bless!
