Give Me That Old-Time Religion!

St Dominic oversees an Auto da Fe

Yes!

Our faith in Their Hands

Don't make me laugh!

Some Shepherd!

I am neither theologian nor canon lawyer and know only what I mean by 'heretic'. This Bergoglio is destroying the Church, destroying people's Faith, spreading alarm and despondency, and ruining the lives of countless innocent people by sowing moral confusion. Those who put their consciences in the hands of such a 'shiten shepherd' are either incredibly naive or very careless of their Salvation. Whether he is Pope or antipope is beyond the powers of discerment of most of us, but as a Catholic I accept neither him nor his opinions.

Polish

The Polish language is as grand and magnificent as Latin, as beautifully lapidary and economic as Classical Greek, as succinct as either, and still living and spoken daily.

Oh be happy! Be inspired! Be encouraged! Yippee! (or something similar)

This from the USCCB, and they seem to have intended no irony. My italics:

The United Conference of Catholic Bishops proudly offers the finest works of Pope Francis. Find everything from Papal encyclicals and apostolic exhortations to the Pope's weekly messages and daily tweets. You can count on USCCB publications to inspire you with Pope Francis's finest words of wisdom and encouragement.

Sorry about that, St Thomas More, who vainly shed your blood uninspired by the latest Bergoliesque finest words of wisdom and encouragement.
Tough.

'Hate Crime'?

I believe that the Justice of God is beautiful, adorable, and perfect.

As St Thomas Aquinas states, "In order that nothing may be wanting to the felicity of the blessed spirits in Heaven, a perfect view is granted to them of the tortures of the damned"

I too hope to witness their punishment, from the safety, comfort, and joy of Heaven, with my celestial popcorn.

If I were to publish here a list of those whose sufferings I would like to watch, would that amount to a 'hate crime'?

Why Not?

If a Pope can retire, why cannot a Pope be dismissed for incompetence? Or podophilia?

Give Orgoglio his cards and send him packing.

Shock as Pope Decanonises Saints

Pope Polypistes today sent shock waves through the Catholic Church when he announced his decision to 'decanonise' Ss Paul, Francis of Assisi, Frances Xavier, and St Louis IX.

Nestling in the burly embrace of the Papal Consort, Cardinal Stalwart Thews, he explained,

"St  Paul? Homophobe! St Franci of Assisi and St Francis Xavier? Proselytisers! Solemn nonsense! St Louis? Islamophobe!

I'm gonna canonise some real Saints. For a start, Bill, Hilary, and Chelsea Clinton, Hackney, Hendon, and Stepney Clinton. Tony Blair and W.H. Ordure!

Watch this space!"

The World is Waiting

Why has the Vatican as yet not opined on the death of the musician known as "Prince"?

A Vatican spokesman, Cardinal Bogus Smirk, commented, "Pope Polypistes is too busy being unjudgmental about the Rev. Affable Fondleguys to deal with this yet. But he wishes to express the Church's sense of loss at the passing of this cultural icon."

Mission Accomplished

There will be Communion for those living in sin? It would seem so.

So in his Apostolic Exhortation, a tedious, windbagging, ambiguous, logorrhoeic blather, his Bergogliousness has put possibly millions of Catholics, and certainly me, in the ridiculous position of saying, or just thinking, "If the Pope is a Catholic, then I am not."

But I am!
